**Who We Are Looking For**:
The Commercial Services Specialist, APA role is to implement the deployment, marketing and adoption of AGCO's Commercial Services portfolio across Asia Pacific and Africa regions in alignment with the Global AGCO strategy.

**The primary objectives for this role are**:

- Pro-active management of the adoption & financial performance of AGCO's Services business across the APA region
- APA roll out planning and deployment of Commercial Services offerings
- Co-ordination & delivery of APA retail marketing communications between Aftersales and Wholegoods brand teams.
- Market implementation and communication of new and revised pricing
- Competition monitoring and input / idea generation for new Services developments
- APA Go-To Market roll-out planning and execution
- Continuous performance review plus business development to drive APA adoption
- Coordinate Services training content for APA Dealers and Distributor staff and AGCO commercial field staff
- Services system set-up, maintenance & deployment (Services variant configurations)

**What You Will Do**:
**BUSINESS DEPLOYMENT AND SERVICES ADOPTION PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT**
- Roll-out plan of Commercial Services programs (APA sub-region scope, brand scope, timings, responsibilities etc.)
- Delivery and implementation of go-to-market Playbook
- Project Management across all Stakeholders for Services Program market roll-outs
- Dealer and AGCO staff training content and co-ordination with Training partners
- Continuous review of adoption across APA region
- Market implementation of new Products or Options
- Co-ordination & delivery of APA retail marketing communications (between Aftersales and Wholegoods teams)

**SYSTEM SET-UP, MAINTENANCE & DEPLOYMENT**
- Price and rule process implementation via SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC)
- SME input for development teams (define user stories)
- Business acceptance testing
- Rule maintenance and initial set up

**CONTINUOUS PRODUCT ENHANCEMENT**
- Customer and Dealer Feedback Collection and Analysis
- Prioritization of future Services Development Features

**SERVICES REPORTING**
- Report content definition (business requirements)
- Report distribution plus training / adoption
- KPI performance follow-up and improvement

- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Agronomy or Industrial Engineering.

- Strong analytical skills
- Sound understanding of IT systems and corporate IT development processes.
- Confident handling of Office 365 tools and reporting systems such as SAP BI, Cognos, SQL.
- Experience with management reporting programs (e.g. Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage

**A Plus If You Have**:

- Minimum Level of Education Requited for Position: Bachelor’s Degree - Business Administration, Marketing, Agronomy or Industrial Engineering
- Moderate/reasonable Problem Solving Skills - Requires good analytical skills as well as evaluative judgement based on the analysis of factual and qualitive information in complicated or novel situations. Multiple sources of information refer to a diverse range of internal and external sources such as procedures and practices in other areas, team, companies etc. The ability to filter, prioritize, analyze and validate potentially complex and dynamic material.
