**About this Opportunity**
ICC Sydney are looking for a world-class **Event Manager** to join our team on a **Full-Time** basis, where you will play a vital role in our Event Services Team. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing a range of events and assist with the service of ICC Sydney clients in the event planning process.
**Required Skills & Experience**

We are looking for a person who will bring their extensive events experience and their passion for providing luxury service to a large-scale venue. An individual with the capabilities to both lead and work harmoniously as part of a larger team to deliver extraordinary events at ICC Sydney. An operational mind, a natural problem solver, the ability to think on your feet, safety focused, self-driven, positive, resilient with strong customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to establish good working relationships are essential to succeed in this role.
In addition to this, you will also:
- Coordinate and execute events in conjunction with the broader Event Services team ensuring consistency and timely delivery that follows ICC Sydney policies, procedures and standards.
- Identify and communicate the needs of the customer to other internal departments to ensure proper service throughout the Centre’s operation for assigned groups.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new innovations, improvements to processes, and improvements and upgrades to existing ICC Sydney products and services.
