Principal Human Resource Advisor

The Principal Human Resources (HR) Advisor will strategically lead and manage the delivery of all HR functions across Arts Queensland including the delivery of quality, business focused human resource management advice, consultancy and support services across all areas of HR.
We are looking for a skilled, passionate and enthusiastic leader who can provide high quality and progressive HR products and services that focus on business needs by improving the workforce capacity and capability across the organisation.
This role reports to the Director, Arts Business Services and has one direct report.There are no mandatory qualifications for this role, however a degree and/or relevant comprehensive knowledge and experience in contemporary human resource management would be highly regarded.
Applications will remain current for a period of up to 12 months and may be considered for other vacancies (identical or similar), which may includeemployment on a temporary basis up to six months (full time or part time).
