**Housing Roadmap**
In a move to address the housing needs of South Australians, the State Government has unveiled its Housing Roadmap.(external site)(PDF) Our Housing Roadmap charts our way through the housing crisis currently affecting South Australians.

The Trust will play a vital role in getting more people into affordable and public homes. We are investing in 5000 public housing homes and we are turbocharging the construction, maintenance and repair of public housing in South Australia. We are on target for the first period of growth in public housing in decades, with 1025 homes projected for completion by 2026.

The Graduate Officer is accountable for assisting in the provision of quality project management, community development and engagement projects. Key responsibilities include research, data collection and analysis, and preparation of reports and briefings. The role is also responsible for timely and effective administrative support services and stakeholder engagement services.

**We are looking for graduates in the following areas**:
The **Property Services** Directorate is responsible for overseeing the planned management of the SA Housing Trust’s $15bn housing portfolio. Our focus is two-fold; to renew and grow our public housing assets in a way that best supports social housing outcomes for South Australians and to improve access to affordable housing opportunities, through both rental and home ownership, for low to moderate income households. With a strong focus on optimising housing for our tenants, prioritising asset planning, development, divestment, retention decisions and delivering Affordable Housing, we deliver on outcomes by working in partnership with the Property Development sector, Federal, State and Local government and the building industry.

The **Finance and Partnerships** Directorate delivers a range of corporate functions and is the lead contact point within the SA Housing Trust for strategic partner engagement. Our focus is to lead collaboration with sector partners to deliver housing outcomes and pursue opportunities that contribute to their strategic objectives. We work together to facilitate value by leading procurement, finance, legal, internal audit and risk services and regulate housing through the Office of Housing Regulation and Housing Safety Authority.
