About Hands on Labour:
Hands on Labour is a specialist labour hire company focused on providing event staffing solutions, particularly for exhibition shows and fitout. We supply skilled and reliable teams to ensure seamless execution of event setups across Australia. We are currently seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow our event staff recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities: 
-  Recruit staff for events, focusing on roles such as general labourers, exhibition installers, and site supervisors.     
-  Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs for events, ensuring timely and efficient placements.     
-  Maintain and grow a pool of qualified and available staff for quick deployment to events.      
- Provide ongoing support and communication with placed staff to ensure client satisfaction.      
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure compliance with all relevant hiring regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:      
-  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or labour hire, ideally within the event or construction sectors.    
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize hiring for high-volume, short-term assignments.      
-   Knowledge of event logistics or similar industries is a plus.     
-   A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting staffing demands under tight deadlines.
