**Aquatic Services Coordinator**

**Are you ready to lead a brand-new swim school in a state-of-the-art facility?**

This is a rare opportunity to join Belgravia Leisure as the **Aquatic Services Coordinator** at Yawa Aquatic Centre—a $35 million community hub on the Mornington Peninsula.

In this exciting role, you’ll manage and grow our swim school, lead a passionate team, and deliver programs that inspire and engage people of all ages and abilities. You’ll drive service excellence, implement the GOSwim program, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop the swim school team to deliver exceptional programs
- Implement and promote the GOSwim program in line with Belgravia standards
- Drive participation, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee budgets, KPIs, and reporting requirements
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment for all students

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a swim school environment
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to deliver classes when required
- Values-driven: integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect, and accountability

**About the Qualifications**
- National Police Check
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
- Current Swim Certificate - Teaching of water swimming and water safety
- Swim extension certificates (desirable but not essential)
- Previous Swim School Coordinator Experience
- Strong people leadership with an ability to inspire others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
