**About the Role**

Be an integral member of the Academic department, providing teaching and learning of the highest standard to our students, preparing them to become high-quality future practitioners. The position will be based at our Brisbane campus and will require attendance every Tuesday from 7:45 am to 4:45 pm.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support, guide, and manage students in a clinic setting.
- Continuously assess students' clinical performance and provide support to those at risk.
- Assist students in client treatment, including time management and maintaining confidentiality.
- Foster a student-centered learning environment through positive interaction.
- Stay updated on academic and industry developments in the relevant discipline.
- Provide input to enhance programs based on various feedback sources.
- Contribute to scholarly activities such as collaborations, conference presentations, publications, and marketing activities as required
- Ensure adherence to college policies and procedures
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
- Fulfill other duties assigned by academic management.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree and a relevant post-graduate qualification. (Extra professional experience with current enrollment in a post-graduate program may substitute for the post-graduate qualification upon entry, with demonstrated progress and attainment of qualification while employed).
- Strong clinic supervision experience, or at least pre-clinical supervision, along with professional practice experience in the relevant health field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience collaborating with various stakeholders, including students and professionals.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships within and outside the College, including industry and the broader community.
- Demonstrated commitment to high ethical and professional standards in leadership and work.
- Current membership in a relevant professional association.Top of Form
- Ability to travel between Brisbane and Gold Coast campuses will be looked on favorably
