**ABOUT YOU**
- You will also be an experienced injury management professional, with experience in managing complex physical and psychological injuries.
- It is essential that you have a strong understanding of workers compensation legislation and guidelines and how it is applied when managing claims for exempt and non-exempt workers.
- You will need to be a team player with the ability to work independently in a high demand role, working with key stakeholders to improve recovery outcomes for our injured workers.
- You need to hold current Return to Work Certification and experience in the same.

**Specifically**:

- An experienced Recovery at Work Coordinator, passionate about returning people to health and work, you can work within processes and policies in a complex and changing environment.
- You are able to work within the parameters set and offer a balanced and strategic approach to your work. You are organised, structured in your working style, and strive to provide the highest quality of customer service to our customers.
- Taking a balanced, strategic, and proactive approach to your work, you can deliver positive outcomes for our customers and injured workers.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Recovery team and key stakeholders you will provide valuable input into current practices and process, with a view to achieving quality business outcomes.
