Key Responsibilities
Initial training and ongoing support will be offered with a plan to develop the skillset of high performing guards.
Enforcing Physical Access Control policies
Contractor Management
Contractor Escorts
Spot checks of all staff photo ID and access passes
Observe and Report - Escalation, incident management, and communications
White level inspections
Access breaches
Asset protection
Customer experience
Greeting staff and guests
Assisting staff and guests with inquiries
Internal and external White level inspections
Report suspicious incidents
Fault/maintenance reporting
Do not allow access to restricted areas
Monitoring and responding to alarms
Support of site staff
Detailed reporting of faults or incidents
Management of CCTV and access control

Qualification

**To be considered for this role you must**:
Current 1A, 1C NSW Security Licence
Current First Aid Certification
1-2+ year experience in a similar role
Experience with delivering excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with conflict resolution and emergency services
Problem-solving ability - conflict resolution & decision-making skills
Incident report writing
Experience in assisting with client inquiries and with emergency services
Initiative - motivated, positive & self-starter attitude
Confidentiality - ability to keep sensitive information, confidential

Mandatory
Current State Security License
Own transport
Extensive Security knowledge and understanding of Security issues
Able to pass pre-employment alcohol & drug testing
Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical / fitness examination.
