**Some of your Key Responsibilities**:

- Work unsupervised in a multitask environment. Be a strong team player. Attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize workload and have a good work ethic and attitude. Maintain a clean loading dock, Willingness to accept additional duties as required by manager.
- Ensures that all receipts, issues and transfers are processed daily and accurately.
- Verify invoice details & documents accompanying the items as per local statutory requirements. And prepare a list of invoices submitted to Accounts Payable (in sequence )
- Ensure items are sent to the respective operation area if urgently required or send to individual stores. And maintain the General Store Supplies on a FIFO (First in First Out) System.
- Participates in monthly stock take.
- Ensure cleaning schedule for receiving area is prepared and enforced to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assumes any other duties as assigned.
