Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing and Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market.

IMC was recently awarded full open pit mining services for an emerging Tier 1 Battery Minerals producer for a deposit, being one of the world’s largest and highest-grade hard rock lithium. This has created an exciting opportunity for experienced
**Maintenance Supervisor** to join the IMC team, and to be a part of something BIG

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of tradespeople to ensure effective performance and availability of all mining and heavy earthmoving equipment on site. You will lead by example with “being on the tools” as required, offering your team coaching and support to drive high performance.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Raise work orders and parts inventory as required.
- Approval of parts list for ordering.
- Manage down time reports and work orders.
- Prioritise, coordinate, and execute scheduled maintenance.
- Prioritise available resources for breakdown and reactive maintenance.
- Responsible for both preventative and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance systems ensuring integrity of data.

**About you**:

- Experienced leader in a similar role
- Trade Qualified as Heavy Duty Mechanic
- CAT equipment experience
- Valid Manual drivers Licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work safely
- Able to successfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment medical including drug screen
