Our Mango Hill gym facility provides a welcoming and inclusive environment where individuals and families come to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our gym facility. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and restroom cleaning to ensure the facility's cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Stocking and replenishing supplies in designated areas, including restrooms, fitness studios, and common spaces
- Emptying rubbish receptacles and ensuring proper waste disposal procedures are followed
- Conducting routine inspections to identify areas that require attention and addressing cleaning needs promptly
- Assisting with minor maintenance activities, such as reporting issues or performing basic repairs as needed
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a safe and organized environment for both staff and gym members

**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting and standing for extended periods
