**WIRAC** is home to Warwick’s largest range of aquatic facilities and a 24/7 fully air-conditioned gym with facial recognition. We have a hydrotherapy magnesium salt pool, heated lap pool, learn to swim pool and river rapids pool. We also offer gymnastics classes in our full-size gymnasium. Classes are open to children from age two right through to adults - everyone is welcome Our 24/7 gym is ideal for all ages and fitness levels - with hard-core, heart-pumping classes right through to gentle classes for adults age 50+.

**WIRAC **are recruiting** Group Fitness Instructor **to join our team located in **Warwick, QLD **on a **casual** basis.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Group Fitness Instructors** are responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service and high-quality group fitness classes. This position is responsible for teaching safe, effective classes that promote fitness for people from all walks of life with various levels of fitness in an engaging manner.

Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited too):

- Organise and deliver quality Group Fitness classes to our members and visitors in a safe, efficient and enthusiastic manner
- Motivate and engage professionally with customers to assist them achieve their fitness goals through education, relationship building, needs assessment and service delivery
- Ensure the group fitness area is tidy and clean after the class has finished and all equipment has been put away
- Keep updated on all relevant facility, program and member information

**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Minimum of a Certificate III in Fitness or a Group Exercise Leader (GEL) equivalent, preferably with a Les Mills qualification;
- Current registration with Fitness Australia;
- Les Mills Instructors must have current certification from Les Mills Australia;
- Previous demonstrated experience in a similar role;
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Current liability insurance;
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
