An exciting opportunity has arisen for **PR & Events Assistant** to join the dynamic team at Seed Heritage. This role will assist in delivering impactful public relations and marketing activities across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on PR gifting, influencer partnerships, event management, and media relations.
**THE ROLE**:
- Assist with talent and influencer communications, including briefing and partnership coordination.
- Develop and execute PR gifting strategies for key moments.
- Respond to media enquiries and liaise with centre marketing teams on monthly drops and ad hoc requests.
- Manage the media and influencer discount program.
- Support social media scheduling and product tagging alongside the Social Media Specialist.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store and PR brand events.
- Support talent coordination and attend events to provide on-site assistance.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
- A genuine interest in the retail industry, with an understanding of PR and event management.
- Exposure to talent and influencer communications is highly regarded.
- Prior experience in public relations, marketing, or related fields (preferred but not essential).
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media trends and influencer landscapes.
