**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Rotations Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with Rotations Managers to develop and manage the rotation schedule for participants, ensuring each rotation provides exposure to different teams and projects within the company.
- Serve as a liaison between participants, Rotations Managers, and team leaders to communicate rotation schedules, expectations, and any updates or changes to the program.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the rotation program, such as maintaining participant records, tracking rotation schedules, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines and company policies and mentoring other team members in these tasks.
- Welcoming new starters to the office and overseeing the onboarding process for new rotators, including conducting regular progress check-ins.
- Support Rotations Managers in collecting feedback from participants and team leaders to assess the effectiveness of rotations, identify areas for improvement, and evaluate participants' performance and fit within teams.
- Contribute ideas and feedback for improving the rotation program based on observations, participant feedback, and industry best practices, in coordination with Rotations Managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct post-rotation engagement discussions with program participants to assess their integration into new teams, gather feedback on their experiences, and provide guidance on aligning their career choices with personal and professional goals.
