Eden Ritchie is seeking a Procurement Officer to review eForms submitted by requestors and ensure details are complete and correct within SAP.

**As the Procurement Officer, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Reject workflow requests when incorrect or incomplete information is provided by a requestor within SAP
- Undertake Vendor Maintenance tasks by independently verifying vendors (eg via google searches, vendor contact or other means) and making meaningful notes within SAP
- Save evidence of independent verification checks onto shared drive
- Endorse the eForm request and send on for approval within SAP
- Procurement administrative and business support tasks as required
- Prior experience with the use of SAP and procurement certification training would be beneficial but not essential
