**The Role**
The Career Management - Army’s (CM-A’s) Military Employment Classification Review Board (MECRB) team needs a highly motivated and confident individual who can communicate clearly and with confidence to people of all levels. To be successful in this role you will:

- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support the determination of MECRB cases
- Provide personnel policy guidance on MECRB related matters and support to CM-A staff
- Manage the priorities and needs of customers and staff to meet and exceed their expectations
- Be able to work in a fluid environment by remaining flexible, agile and adaptable
- Have a good level of computer literacy
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills

**About our Team**
The MECRB team in CM-A undertakes the administration to support to the branch to process the transition outcomes for all Australian Army members.

As an Administration Officer within the MECRB team, you will provide personnel policy guidance and research to inform briefs to enhance decision making. You will also lead a small team responsible for the processing of transition administration.

You will engage with personnel from APS, Army and other Government agencies to process and deliver outcomes in support of medical transition from the Australian Army.

Your knowledge and understanding of personnel policy will equip you to provide guidance to CM-A staff and clients, while your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to developed structured guidance and collaborate with clarity and influence.
