**Role Overview**:
As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practices. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading and motivating our team, and ensuring that we consistently provide the highest level of care to our patients. Additionally, you will be the primary liaison with schools, managing relationships and scheduling visits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the dental practices within the schools.
- Ensure efficient and effective scheduling, patient flow, and overall practice efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of dental professionals and support staff.
- Implement and maintain high standards of practice management and patient care.
- Develop and monitor practice budgets, ensuring financial performance meets company targets.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Liaise with school administrators, parents, and external partners to maintain strong relationships and promote our services.
- Schedule and coordinate visits to schools, ensuring timely and effective delivery of dental services.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $81,016.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Travel reimbursement

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Medical Practice Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental Practice Management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
