**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Support**: Provide one-on-one support to clients dealing with anger issues and alcohol addiction, assisting them in managing and coping with their emotions and challenges.
- **Behavioral Intervention**: Employ effective strategies to de-escalate potentially aggressive situations and implement proven techniques for anger management.
- **Crisis Management**: Respond promptly and effectively to crisis situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and those around them.
- **Client Assessment**: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, creating individualized care plans that address both anger management and alcohol addiction.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other support workers, healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to client care.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, progress, and any incidents, adhering to confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
- **Education and Empowerment**: Provide clients with educational resources and tools to empower them in their journey towards anger management and overcoming alcohol addiction.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of one year of work experience in a support role, specifically with clients exhibiting anger issues and alcohol addiction.
- **Empathy and Patience**: Demonstrated ability to approach clients with empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and colleagues.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $32.05 - $65.75 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:
