They help with daily living tasks like personal care, mobility, and social engagement, focusing on promoting independence and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

- **Personal Care**:Assisting with showering, dressing, eating, and other personal hygiene needs.
- **Mobility**:Helping individuals get around, including with wheelchairs, walkers, or other assistive devices.
- **Social Support**:Facilitating social interactions, attending community events, and helping individuals connect with others.
- **Daily Living Tasks**:Assisting with shopping, cooking, cleaning, and other household chores.
- **Communication and Advocacy**:Communicating effectively with individuals and their families, advocating for their needs, and ensuring their rights are respected.

Job Outlook:

Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015) or Disability Supports, are often preferred by employers.
