Makeup Artist

As a team, we work to develop long-lasting relationships with each individual client, and to represent the models with care and integrity.We are looking to expand our PFM family with the role of an in-house/residential Make-up Artist for our Sydney based modelling agency.
- Act as a full time resident make-up artist at PFM Agency. - Assist all shoots and digi days by glamming the talent as requested by the brief
- Help organise shoot days & create call sheets for each event.
- Assist with general administrative work.
- Be a passionate, reliable team member, attending team meetings and being involved in the growth of the agency.
- Maintain strong relationships with the talent/client’s and express their individual brand identities through your creative contribution
- Profound confidence in tailoring makeup looks to meet both natural & creative client briefs. - A keen eye for creativity and attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of Australian fashion industry and their various brand identities. Strong interest in the beauty/fashion industry and passionate about the upkeep of current trends. Competent understanding of the ‘fit modelling’ world.
- A warm, welcoming personality with the natural ability to communicate & build strong relationships with the talent/clients.
- Ability to take on general admin tasks where needed.
- Clear knowledge of Microsoft suites (Excel, Word etc.)
- Clear knowledge of creative suites such as Canva etc. Organised, self-sufficient individual with the ability to carry out admin tasks with ease

QUALIFICATIONS/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- At least 2 years experience in make-up industry. At least 2 years of freelance makeup experience (welcomed but not required). - Experience in working ‘on set’ (welcomed but not required). Make-up training certificates/Diplomas (welcomed but not required). Educated at degree level.

Pay: $37.50 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
