**About the team**
- The Pharmacy team at Peter Mac plays a key role in supporting high quality patient care, incorporating all facets of innovative clinical pharmacy practice. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, the pharmacy team provides a comprehensive patient-focused service for all Peter Mac patients, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of all treatments, including clinical trials. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and collaboration, the team contributes directly to advancing cancer treatment through research and improving outcomes - keeping patient care at the centre of everything we do.

**About the role**
- As a Grade 3 Pharmacy Technician, you will have the opportunity to acquire an intricate understanding of, and develop specialty practice in, ambulatory and ward-based cancer pharmacy services, as well as cleanroom operations and imprest stock control. You will also enjoy working in a busy, team-based environment when striving towards providing excellent patient care.
- In conjunction with other members of the team, you will:

- Maintain accurate patient and dispensing records
- Uphold excellence in pharmacy standards and practice
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, regulations, policies, and quality standards

**About you**
- You will be someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to build strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You’ll bring with you:

- Certificate IV in Health (Hospital Pharmacy Technician)
- Three years’ full-time hospital technician experience
- Well-developed organisation and prioritisation skills
- Previous experience in oncology pharmacy practice is highly desirable
