**About the role**

The Case Manager is responsible for providing a high quality and effective case work service that includes visiting children in their care arrangements, the purpose of which is to support the ongoing assessment of the child’s progress across the 9 dimensions of wellbeing and to achieve positive outcomes in their lives. The Case Manager will also be responsible for providing Reflective Supervision to the Foster Carers, the purpose of which is to ensure the carer has the opportunity to discuss and reflect on their own needs, identify and support them to access training and development opportunities, and to meet compliance and competency standards required of the role.

**This is a Full-Time opportunity based in West Perth WA within our Out of Home Care Program. The position reports to the OOHC Coordinator.**

**Key Selection Criteria**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualification in Social Work or other relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of, and experience in OOHC case work practice
- A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children in care.
