**Role**
The Campus Assistant role is responsible for assisting the campus Student Experience team during peak periods at enrolment time and when necessary. They are responsible for assisting the team to deliver an exceptional student experience, through providing guidance and advice to all students.
**Responsibilities**
- Be the first point of contact for students studying on campus
- Provide excellent customer service, advice, guidance and support to students regarding KBS and associated services
- Respond professionally and accurately to students’ enquiries on campus
- Provide administrative support to the campus team as required
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration through positive communication to help foster a high performing, student-centric driven culture
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures including WHS legislation requirements

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service / administration or office support roles
- Positive and supportive communication style with experience across a variety of key stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to coordinate and manage administrative activities
- Up-to-date working knowledge of key legislation, policies and procedures relevant to international students
