Leading Hand

We are currently seeking a Leading Hand to assist in all areas of our Environmental service business based in Yandina. The role requires you to be physically strong and capable of undertaking manual handling tasks safely. This will be a leadership role so you will need to think for yourself, lead by example, make intelligent decisions and provide excellent customer service. No previous industry experience is required for this position, we are more seeking someone with a good work ethic and initiative who can work in with an easy going team. All training will be provided.
**Highly Regarded Skills / Experience**:
- Leadership experience within construction or landscaping;
- Knowledge of environmental products and practices;
- High organisational skills;
- Basic computer skills; and
- Strong communication skills.
**Required Licences**:
- HR Drivers Licence
- General Construction Safety Card (Blue/White Card)
- Forklift Licence (not essential but highly regarded and must be willing to obtain)
**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour
