Are you an experienced Shipping and Logistics Administrator who is an expert problem solver with a passion for stock & inventory management, cost analysis and meeting deadlines?

Take Two Marketing & Events, wants a full-time Shipping and Logistics Administrator to join our growing team and support several fast-growing Australian homeware brands.

We design, manufacture, and import innovative household products and through our boutique content creation company and ecommerce stores we take these products to market.

This role reports to the Product Manager and involves shipping, logistics and freight administrative duties, whilst liaising with several other departments within the company. Previous shipping experience is a must.

**Your Role**
- Ownership, management, and maintain the status of all import shipments
- Being confident and assertive in dealing with freight carriers, suppliers, and contractors to the business
- Handling import shipments and related documentation
- Demonstrate quick critical thinking problem-solving abilities in relation to urgent shipping requirements
- Calculating landed costs for products. Accounting knowledge desirable
- General accounting and administration duties associated with shipping
- Stock management and reporting
- General administration related to stock levels

**Your Skills and attributes**
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Freight and Logistics Administrator
- Experience dealing with Shipping Agents and Suppliers
- Highly skilled and have a practical hands-on approach with the ability to identify priorities to meet the requisite objectives
- An innate ‘Customer First’ attitude and meet deadlines
- Exceptional data entry accuracy and a persistent high-level attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced excel skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Deadline driven and confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Have unrestricted permanent working rights in Australia

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
