About the Job

As a Timber Window & Door Glazier, you will be involved in the glazing of a variety of timber windows and doors. Depending on your experience, the role may include a combination of supervisory and hands-on tool responsibilities. You'll be working with a solid manufacturing team, demonstrating best practices and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Your role will also include monitoring productivity and quality, while identifying areas for improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Glazing timber windows and doors as per customer specifications
  • Working with both manual and electric hand tools
  • Supervising and guiding the team (depending on experience)
  • Ensuring high-quality standards and troubleshooting any glazing issues
  • Monitoring productivity and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to OH&S standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Glazing experience is essential, with a Certificate III in Glass and Glazing
  • 1-2 years of timber windows and doors glazing experience is beneficial
  • Proficient in using manual and electric hand tools
  • Strong understanding and commitment to maintaining OH&S standards
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
  • Proactive with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Australian work rights required for this position
