Our client has an exciting new full time opportunity for a Maintenance Lead for an Australian - owned company in the infrastructure and development industry Our client builds and operates toll roads across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and even the US and Canada They also partner up with local communities, building parks, bike parks, and creating new facilities.

Our client has an exciting new full time opportunity for a Maintenance Lead for an Australian - owned company in the infrastructure and development industry Our client builds and operates toll roads across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and even the US and Canada They also partner up with local communities, building parks, bike parks, and creating new facilities.

Due to the expansion of tolls roads around the country there is a great opportunity for an individual with an electrical background to take the next step in their career with an asset management owner.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the delivery of the maintenance works to ensure the sustained long term reliability of all assets
- Provide assurance and field leadership for the maintenance organization in building and sustaining a culture of safety in all aspects of work
- Scheduling and delivery of mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Working hands on with Maintenance Engineers and Maintenance Managers
- Liaising with core services providers, contractors and other business units.
- Ensure adequate record keeping
- Assist with and/or review HSE initiatives for the business
- Comply with HSE reporting obligations

If you fit these criteria, we would love to hear from you.
- Degree Qualified within a Mechanical or Electrical discipline / or a Qualified Electrician (Grade A licence preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good understand and compliance of OHS in the workplace
- Have an eye for continuous improvement.
- Willing to work overtime if required to complete a task
