**Pursuit Manager, Deal Enablement Review Board**

KPMG’s continued success depends on its ability to win large opportunities with both existing and new clients. The Deal Enablement Review Board [DeRB] plays a vital role in ensuring the Firm’s large transformation programs are governed appropriately and to provide greater assurance over the delivery phases of a deal lifecycle. We work to increase the firm’s win rate on the most important new and existing clients. The Enablement team that sits within DeRB provides the discipline and mindset critical to creating, driving, and executing a well-articulated sales strategy.

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and forward-looking new Pursuit Manager to join the Enablement team within DeRB. This role plays a key part in driving the pursuit management process of our largest client pursuits.

**Your Opportunity**

As a Pursuit Manager sitting within DeRB, you will:

- Actively manage the pursuit process with senior stakeholders by leveraging strong project management and pursuit methodology skills and tools.
- Help our client-facing teams to focus on long-term major pursuits by actively managing the pursuit process to consistently execute the strategy and pursuit tactics.
- Provide pursuit management support and coaching to teams on short turnaround opportunities.
- Draw together expertise across our business to find new and creative ways to communicate with our clients and to help assist with unique solutions to our clients’ needs.
- Manage the development of creative, engaging, and insightful pursuit collateral, for example proposal documents and presentations.
- Support the wider firm with the tools, skills, insights, and training to develop their pursuit skills through training facilitation.
- Participate in a continual learning environment by sharing experience and knowledge.

- Sound knowledge of a sales/pursuit methodology
- Significant experience in planning pursuits, coordinating teams and influencing colleagues
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise, set and meet deadlines
- Very strong organisation skills, attention to detail, initiative and a proactive, open-minded approach
- Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
- The ability to build rapport quickly and develop working relationships with senior stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- The ability to work both independently and contribute to a strong collaborative team culture
- Curiosity and interest in new, creative ways of reaching our clients and demonstrating KPMG’s value
- 3-5 years pursuit or business development experience or experience in related areas
