**Description**:
About the role
**The main responsibilities will include**:

- Support Omnichannel optimisation
- Provide Strategic media guidance
- Enhance measurement and reporting
- Collaborate across teams and agencies
- Provide data driven insight recommendations
- Budget advisory and allocations
- Monitor emerging trends and platforms
- Lead, Mentor and develop performance marketing

This is a full-time on-site role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern beaches.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
5+years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with a focus on omnichannel strategies
Proven track record of driving growth and improving performance across digital marketing channels
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing KPI's, attribution models and data driven optimisation techniques
Expertise in using digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, BVOD, Spotify Ads, TikTok Ads etc)
Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment
Experience with owned, paid media platforms and omnichannel performance strategies
Sound knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies
Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving bsuiness goals
