The Complex Case and Team Support Officer is part of a nationally consolidated Household Services and Attendant Care team in the Rehabilitation Services team, and responsible for providing guidance on complex issues relating to services provided for our complex needs client group. Tasks may include workload allocation, performance feedback and quality checking. The role is also expected to provide expert advice on complex issues and will be required to provide input to ministerial briefs, complaints management and quality management activities relating to all matters within the team.

**Duties**
- Provide expert advice on complex case matters.
- Liaison with various business groups regarding ongoing eligibility for HHS and AC.
- Prepare documentation supporting Catastrophic Injury Determinations
- Contribute to the management and creation of procedural support documents.
- Provide input to and draft Ministerial briefs and request for information as required.
- Investigate complaints and where required instigate remedial action.
- Provide staff training as required
- Undertake additional duties as directed.

A merit pool will be established that may be used to fill similar positions (ongoing and non-ongoing) within the next 18 months.
