**Switchboard Operator/ Receptionist/ Computer Clerk**

The Telephone & Communications Department is a dedicated team of multi skilled staff, who provide a wide range of services over a 24-hour, 7 day a week period. Currently we are seeking dedicated Switchboard Operators to join our team at RMH City & Royal Park Campuses
- **Your new role**:

- You will be operating the high-volume switchboard at the hospital
- Actioning Emergency calls as specified and transmitting messages via a paging system.
- Multidisciplinary role that includes weekend shifts, providing receptionist support on our information desk and mailroom duties when required.

**About you**:

- You will have Call Centre/ switchboard experience
- You pride yourself in your excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- You can work autonomously as well as within a team environment
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology is a bonus but not a requirement
