**Your new role**

The Test Analyst reports to the Test Manager and is responsible for test analysis, design and execution across the department’s digital solutions. Ensuring quality solutions are provided to all internal and external stakeholders.

In this role your responsibilities will include the following;
- Development of quality test designs and test cases that meet test objectives.
- Implement and execute test cases according to documented test design and time frames.
- Support and participate in sprint planning, user story acceptance criteria, preparation and execution of test cases and production transition. Documenting results and reporting defects.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Platform Engineers and Business Stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements. Ensuring the communication of test statuses and issues.
- Work closely with Test Automation to ensure regression test cases are automated.
- Run automated test suites to investigate and address any failures.
- Working with business and operational departments to assist during UAT cycles.
- Support the Test Manager with test planning, practice development and stakeholder engagement when required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Significant experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Test Analyst or similar role within a delivery team environment for Regression, UI, Functional, End-to-End and System Integration testing.
- Good working knowledge for designing and building test scenarios, test scripts, test data, manage and execute test cases.
- Solid experience in running manual and/or automation test scripts in an operational environment.
- Experience in supporting build of automated regression suite as a part of continuous delivery.
- Experience with continuous improvement of test quality by undertaking reviews and recommending improvements.
- Solid understanding of data analysis, data validation and data quality testing/assessments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships using superior negotiation, communication and facilitation skills.
- Business Process Management (Pega preferred)
- Experience with BPM and/or CRM tools is preferred.
