**Your new role**

As a Senior IT Test Analyst with MS Office 365, Dynamic 365 CRM, Azure DevOps Test experience you will work on the Transformation projects.

You will be an advocate of testing, having a thorough understanding of the importance of testing and will be responsible for advising on best practice.

**Responsibilities**
- Support, plan and coordinate UAT and develop, contribute, and promote testing processes.
- Analyse defects and collect diagnostic information.
- Working closely with project management and agile teams to produce/refine epics, stories, tasks, and iterations.
- Use AND IMPLEMENT software testing techniques to develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Develop, contribute, and promote testing processes, Test Integrity from Requirements to Deployment, Requirements Traceability, Continuous Improvement, Test Planning
- Create and Track test cases, user stories, and defects throughout the software development lifecycle, through design, build, and testing in an Agile environment
- Work closely with agile teams to produce and refine epics, stories, review acceptance criteria, tasks and iterations.
- Ownership of all testing activities
- Vendor governance on test deliverables - Test case and execution review

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience as a Test Analyst
- Experience in Microsoft suite (Office 365, Dynamic 365, Azure DevOps TP) and/or CRM (Salesforce, etc.) is desirable
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using Agile/SCRUM, and Waterfall approaches to delivering software.
- Experience using test management tools such as Jira, Confluence and demonstrate hands-on experience with defect management tools
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in both verbal and written communications
- The ability to work within, and contribute to, a team environment and build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, users and colleagues within the wider project team
- The ability to work on your own initiative and manage your own workload to meet deadlines
