**About the Venues**:
Hinchcliff House is a multi-level, heritage-listed wool store featuring two distinct dining experiences: Grana and Lana.

Grana is a vibrant, casual Italian restaurant centered around shared dishes, showcasing house-made pastas, breads, and high-quality, locally sourced ingredients served in a simple yet delicious style.

Lana offers a refined, feminine setting perfect for special occasions and high-end corporate dining, with an elevated à la carte menu that emphasizes a premium dining experience.

Martinez is a French-inspired restaurant and terrace bar dedicated to offering an authentic taste of France in every aspect of our hospitality. From our culinary creations to our meticulously crafted cocktails, we strive to transport our guests with a world class experience, celebrating the rich tapestry of French culture.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for experienced section waiters for a number of our venues based in the CBD who can confidently manage busy services while delivering warm and engaging guest experiences. As part of a passionate team that takes pride in offering exceptional food and beverage service, you’ll go above and beyond to exceed expectations. A high attention to detail and a genuine love for hospitality are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $31.23 - $62.45 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
