From our culinary creations to our meticulously crafted cocktails, we strive to transport our guests with a world class experience, celebrating the rich tapestry of French culture. **About the Role**: We are looking for experienced and driven Cooks/CDPs to join our team that: - Can ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively. - Can train and coach Cooks during and outside of service hours - Will ensure the quality and consistency of products - Works well autonomously but is also a great team player - Has high degree of attention to detail - Is organised and keeps section clean - Possess a positive and motivated work ethic at all times. - Potential for FT contract **We would love to hear from you if you**: - Have a minimum of at least 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie in an a la carte environment - Have a good level of Italian cuisine knowledge - Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment - Are resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Are honest and speak with respect - Are reliable and hold yourself to account to get the job done - Have a hunger for growth - Full-time availability.
