About You
To be eligible, you’ll need a Completed Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, Current Working with Children Check, and a Child Protection Certificate.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences
- Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning
- Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
- Document and celebrate children’s developmental milestones
- Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
