We are currently seeking dedicated support workers, who wish to make a difference in the everyday lives of NDIS participants as we experience growth across Toowoomba, Brisbane, Ipswich and Logan.

**The Position**

We are looking for **Female**support worker who has experience working with children living with mental health challenges. You must be fluent in English.

The position job type is casual. Shift length is flexible and outside of school hours.

**General Duties**
- As directed by the Client Service Manager, and in-line with the client’s NDIS goals, duties may include:

- Personal care.
- Light domestic duties.
- Write and submit required reports.
- Community access.
- Other duties as required.

**About You**

Being friendly and patient with people living with disability.

Professional attitude and willing to learn and be committed to continuous personal development. Able to support outside of school hours

**Skills and Competencies**

Competent writing, comprehension, and verbal skills.

Confident use of hoist and mobility aids

Proficient computer skills, with easy access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Ability to follow instructions and work within the limitations of the position.

Ability to work independently.

**Requirements**:
Either have or willing to obtain a Certificate III in Disability

First Aid and CPR

Current Queensland driver's license

Reliable vehicle

You are required to hold a current blue card and yellow card (or NDIS Worker Screening)

NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Mental health: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- NDIS screen check (yellow card) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Blue Card (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 30/06/2025
