**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Assist with scheduling for selection process
- Taking detailed notes throughout interview process, including post-interview panel discussions
- Preparing and writing comparative analysis and reports
- Assisting selection panel with deliberations
- Undertaking reference checks
- Communicating with applicants on progress and outcomes
- Facilitate end to end recruitment process

**ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Great communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in Scribe roles
- Industry experience in Federal or State Government in similar role
- Exceptional time management and the ability to work to deadlines
- Working with Children and/or Vulnerable People Checks

**DESIRABLE**
- Experience in recruitment or Human Resources
- Flexibility to be available at short notice
