**The Role**

This exciting role is to be the primary contact, responsible for providing the support for products to clients across Australia and New Zealand. You will be a key team member alongside the Sales, Marketing and the Technical Support team. The role is varied and no two days are the same. You will be regularly engaging with our new and existing clients with the goal of developing and maintaining strong relationships. You will be the point of contact across at every part of the sales process for a smooth and professional client experience. The right person for this role will have the ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Working with the sales team to make product recommendations based on the customer's needs.
- This role is one of the first touch points for potential customers and sets the tone.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across the stakeholders and at every point of the sales process
- As part of the sales team and open and regular communication with Sales Managers is crucial for success.
- This role is responsible for preparing customer quotations, converting to orders, order processing, and undertaking order activities.
- Work in conjunction with the entire team to ensure best possible service.

**Requirements**:

- Technical profile or comparable work experience
- 2-5 years of inside sales experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Drive to success and a passion for customer service.
