**About the role**:
**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Supporting managers and employees in the day-to-day coordination of HR related activity.
- Quickly gain an understanding of production.
- Employee performance management
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Manage the life cycle of the employee.
- Develop and maintain relationships with production employees.
- Competent in handling constructive and professional investigations.
- Developing relationships with production managers
- To ensure the safety of all employees and to abide by WH&S legislation

**About you**:

- An appropriate qualification desirable but not a must.
- Experience in a similar role, minimum 2 years
- Leadership skills, combined with emotional intelligence.
- Organizing and planning skills, ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrated efficiency with computers and Microsoft packages.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
- Responsive to change and efficient in change management.
- Ability to do an early start
- **Requirements**: Your own transport and a clean license a must due to limited public transport. Onsite parking provided.
