Hessel GTO have an exciting opportunity for a Diploma Trainee to join the team based in Findon or Brighton.

A traineeship is a great way to achieve a nationally recognised Diploma to further your career as an Educator.

**To be successful in this role you will need to have or be willing to obtain the below**:

- Previously completed the Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care CHC30121
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid in an Education and Care Setting Certificate (HLTAID012)
- Safe Environment for Children and Young People (Through Their Eyes)

**The successful Trainee will have the below attributes**:

- Ability to build positive and nurturing relationships with children
- Highly reliable and flexible to a work in a changing environment
- Take pride in your appearance and have excellent presentation
- Show initiative in the workplace and be committed to your learning
- Have a friendly and approachable nature and be able to engage with children in a kind and friendly manner

A cover letter (one A4 page only) explaining why you are interested in the traineeship, what personal strengths will help you be successful in the role. Please also provide a resume outlining your education, qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $20.33 per hour
