This rare opportunity to be a part of our stable team with low turnover is due to an increase in enrolments.  The small 25 placed service provides a wonderful environment where educators feel part of the family.

ALL of our educators receive support from our out-of-ratio Educational Leader. Tracey our owner/operator has 30 years experience in the sector and is always on hand to provide guidance too. Tracey believes in the value of her team and rightfully pays 5% above award, Christmas bonuses and staff events throughout the year.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma qualified or working towards Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Certificate 3 - casuals required
  • A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
