One of Australia’s prominent **Federal Government Departments **is looking to engage an experienced **Service Desk Analyst **to join a supportive and high calibre team to support the service desk manager in the administration of matters across provision of planning and delivery support. The **Service Desk Analyst** will be offered an **initial 6 month month contract with the view to extend for a further 12 months.**
The successful **Service Desk Analyst **will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Provide on-call support after hours on a rostered basis.
- Determine software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
- Install and configure software and hardware.
The successful **Service Desk Analyst **will have experience in the following:
- Experience within a similar position
- Proven ability to communicate effectively whilst responding to stakeholder needs and expectations
- Knowledge an experience in the use of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, Citrix, ITIL and remote access platforms are highly desirable.
