We currently have an opportunity for a **Bid Writer**to join our team. Working closely with members of the Pre-contracts and Strategy & Growth teams, you will be responsible for supporting a range of large and complex IFM opportunities through the development of content creation, infographics, process coordination and other bid related tasks.

**What you’ll do**

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

- Work closely with team members allocated to each bid to develop high-quality written and graphic content in line with brand and marketing requirements
- Fully understand bid solutions and presenting features, benefits, added value and social benefits in a clear and compelling way
- Contribute to developing compelling win themes for each bid, and ensuring the themes, key messages and case studies are incorporated into the written and graphic content
- Prepare, attend and contribute to bid kick-off meetings, bid workshops and regular bid progress meetings.
- Ensure content is produced in line with internal bid timelines and review gates
- Review customer documentation, taking note of submission requirements including dates, formatting, specific criteria, size limits and any other nuances within the response schedules
- Support bid coordination activities

**What you’ll bring**
- The willingness to support your colleagues and contribute to positive team outcomes
- The initiative to seek out opportunities to build your own knowledge and skills
- The ability to identify better ways of working through process improvements and efficiencies and share these with the team
- Proven work experience in a bidding environment, interpreting EOI/RFP/RFT requirements, writing and/or coordinating and editing bid content
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Skills in Adobe Suite, including Acrobat and InDesign is desirable but not essential. We will provide training on all systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects
- Good communication, organisation and time management
