**The Opportunity**:
As we strive to be the most customer-centric healthcare company in the world, we need to reduce the time it takes to respond and deliver value driven change to our customers, business and partners across our system of work. Currently our end-to-end system of identifying and delivering change in HI Technology is not designed for the demand being placed on it, and we are trying to deliver too much against this capacity.

In the Delivery Reimagined Strategic Program your key role will be to support ongoing design and implementation of work focused on optimising the Delivery ecosystem on behalf of HI and Technology, working with the rest of the Bupa enterprise, and resulting in measurable optimisation of delivery across quality, cost, speed and agility.

**How will I help?**

Key accountabilities include:

- Ownership of identification, shaping and delivery of key enablers and work items prioritised by the Delivery ReImagined executive steerco aimed at optimising the Bupa Health Insurance end to end system of work to increase throughput of change and reduce lead times and queues in the system.
- Design and implement a transition into a “continuous improvement” steady state model to ensure focus is maintained in BAU on uplifting performance.
- Key role in supporting the design and adoption of an end-to-end portfolio framework to optimise current overhead and increase investment slate throughput of value based initiatives
- Provide Support in Uplifting portfolio management capability in data gathering, analysis and insights leading to better portfolio optimisation decisions to increase throughput of delivered value.
- Ensure governance of Delivery Reimagined for scope items, range of actions, and discrete investments specific to enabling the improvements is managed appropriately.
- Key role in the identification and matching of demand for delivery methods support to the available assets and services across the Bupa landscape, locally and globally.Bias towards reuse of stable, reliable methodology assets that fit the needs of the organisation with mínimal need for repeated external investments.

**What do I need?**
- 10+ years’ experience practicing, developing, and coaching multi-modal delivery methods (Lean Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile) at large scale corporate organisations including experiencing in rollout of Flow principles.
- 5 years’ experience in design and operation of portfolio processes - syncing across a variety of operating models, business segments, functions, and alignment of multiple delivery approaches.
- Evidence of experience in leading roles in Transformation Programs aimed at optimising systems of work
- Consulting experience in either Tier One or Tier Two Organisations working with multiple organisations and industries in the operating model transformation domain.
- Ideally Strong technical acumen in modern engineering practices and its relation to team and system ways of working
- Complex stakeholder management and engagement skills, including communication to executive and C-level audiences.
