**Description**:

Permanent Part Time Opportunity 20 hours a week over 5 days

Supports on the job with a local employer 9:30am - 1:30pm.

Work for a business that values people. A well established and connected business in the local community.

You’ll be empowering people with disability, supporting them to maintain and enhance their independence in employment within a warehouse and manufacturing workplace.
The support will be within a local business that requires you the support worker to assist and support participants in building their skills and knowledge to undertake tasks within their job description.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**The Essential Requirements**:
First Aid
Drivers License
A positive approach, communication skills and with a safety focus
Ability to work with participants breaking down tasks and building their capacity within the workplace,

Warehousing/ Manufacturing experience
Cert IV in Disability
Experience working with participants building skills and capacity to complete tasks
Experience with the NDIS
