**A bit about the people we’re keen to hear from**:

- 2+ years' experience in system configuration with Time & Attendance based systems.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a system administration/configuration role working with HR platforms
- 2+ years in an operations focused role an advantage, Hospitality even better
- Experience managing, maintaining, and developing system integrations in an HR environment
- Experience creating user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with senior leaders and decision makers
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to establish and maintain a positive relationship with business stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, reporting and organisation skills
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and OneNote
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
