**About the Company**:
Our client, an established and respected Real Estate Agency in Canberra, has an exciting opportunity for a Property Graduate who is seeking a role within property management

**Benefits**:

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
You will be working with a close-knit team to manage a portfolio of circa 100 properties consisting of residential, commercial and retail properties across Canberra.

Duties include:

- Property Management: scheduling regular property visits, preparation of condition reports, arranging for repairs
- Lease Management and Administration: summarising the leases to ensure proper financial/ renewal/ other details, managing rent reviews
- Landlord and Tenant Relations: liaising with clients, maintaining records (bank guarantees, insurances), receipting rent and chasing arrears
- Ad Hoc: support with preparation of reports, maintain awareness of market changes

**Skills & Experience**:
To be successful in this role you will be a highly organised individual with:

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree in property or related industry

Certificate of Registration will be required but can be obtained if successful.
