**Job Description**:
Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, and part of an experienced team, you'll be delivering top-tier IT support services, crucial for our internal and external stakeholders. Your role extends to managing and implementing various systems, including network infrastructure, Microsoft 365, phone systems, and more.

**Qualifications**:
This role is tailored for an 'early to mid-career' IT professional. Your background should encompass working within an IT Service Desk environment, supporting remote users, and possessing strong expertise in Office 365. Experience in Azure AD/AD, SharePoint, networks, and VoIP systems (3CX) is desirable. A home setup conducive to remote work is essential.

If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and support, thrive in a hands-on environment, and possess a flexible attitude towards work, you're the perfect fit. Your familiarity with ITIL, N-Central device management, SCCM & Intune, Newbook or other Property Management Systems, CCTV, and supporting wireless networks would be highly advantageous.
